CHIEF CLIENT SERVICES OFFICER

R/P is seeking an experienced, collaborative and dynamic leader for its growing client services team.

From counseling clients on marketing communications techniques to coaching team members on account management best practices, the chief client services officer plays an integral role in crafting a WOW-worthy experience for our clients. This role provides senior leadership to R/P’s client services team, which encompasses subject matter experts in advertising, public relations, campaign measurement and digital marketing.

The role also works in partnership with the chief strategic officer and chief creative officer to bring our best thinking and creative work to bear on client needs.

The successful candidate will thrive on variety and have a history of performing in a collaborative and fast-paced culture, ideally in both agency and corporate settings.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of professional experience in marketing communications, public relations or content strategy/development
  • Experience providing effective advice and counsel to clients
  • Experience leading the implementation of initiatives that generated meaningful and measurable business impact
  • Previous experience in leading successful new business pursuits
  • History of directly managing, coaching and developing people. Specific examples or references a plus
  • Ability to manage work to timeline and budget, including any third-party resources to assist with client work
  • Strong work ethic, communication, collaboration and self-management skills
  • History of collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed client goals
  • Prior agency experience essential, B2B corporate experience a plus

PUBLIC RELATIONS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/SUPERVISOR

At R/P Marketing Public Relations, we’re experiencing exciting growth and require the addition of experienced, contemporary public relations professionals to help us build successful campaigns and manage relationships with clients.

The Public Relations Account Executive/Supervisor role provides high-quality professional public relations counsel to clients according to acceptable standards of the public relations profession.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5 to 7 years of experience developing and leading research, planning, implementation and evaluation of public relations strategies
  • Acts as the advocate for the client brand at the agency
  • Maintains close and frequent contact with clients, and strengthens relationships between the company and the client
  • Leads and/or serves on cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful public relations campaigns and projects
  • Ensures quality, cost-effective service, within budget and established timeframe
  • Develops and implements effective and comprehensive public relations programs
  • Has expert knowledge of media relations, including social media
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Works independently but keeps agency leadership informed

DIGITAL ART DIRECTOR

R/P is seeking an experienced and imaginative digital art director to help bring brand stories to life through compelling, simple and powerful video, audio and web communications. The successful candidate will thrive on variety and have a history of performing in a collaborative and creative culture.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of professional experience in producing and editing video, audio and other digital media
  • Ability to concept, develop, shoot, edit and produce multimedia content in collaboration with others and in keeping with brand frameworks, strategy/creative briefs and scripts
  • Ability to maximize existing assets and shoot new assets, as needed
  • Capability to manage work to timeline and budget, including any third-party resources to assist with the project
  • Strong work ethic, communication and self-management skills
  • Proficiency with editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Prior agency experience a plus

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

R/P is looking for an experienced, results-oriented person with strong communication, project management and organizational skills to work as a member of our account team to facilitate, monitor and guide the strategic and tactical activities of designated accounts. The successful candidate will be a quick-study who enjoys balancing many projects at the same time; interacting with a strong and talented creative team; managing budgets; and is not intimidated by direct contact with clients or intense project management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-7 years experience in marketing or account management
  • Ability to successfully interface with all levels of client and agency leadership
  • Ability to facilitate the completion of projects on time and on budget
  • Publishing experience a plus
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to gaining experience and additional responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree required
