THE CHALLENGE

Heartland Information Services, a medical transcription company, had little brand recognition and even less market share. Efforts to market their services to medical records directors resulted in slow growth. Heartland asked R/P to help reposition their brand and reinvigorate sales.

Working with Heartland’s marketing team, we refocused their marketing efforts to target top decision-makers – CEOs, CFOs and CIOs of multi-facility healthcare organizations. Key messages highlighted financial benefits, emphasizing how Heartland’s accuracy and efficiency can deliver cost savings, reduce accounts receivable and improve cash flow.

THE RESULTS

In only a few months, the partnership with R/P helped Heartland land several large contracts, increasing their business by millions of lines of transcription per month.
