The Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village showcases our countryâ€™s traditions of innovation and also looks to the future of invention. The Museum features a disparate staff of experts from numerous fields. R/P was asked to get everyone speaking the same language when talking to the media.
We held a series of intensive media training seminars, teaching the Museum staff how to (and how not to) answer questions from reporters. Our tested technique turns every question into an opportunity to discuss the Museum, all with a unified voice.
