Vice President of Account Management

Reports to: Chief Client Officer

We are seeking a leader who is passionate about uncovering insights from our clients’ target audiences and connecting with their hearts and minds through marketing communications that resonate. As VP of Account Management, lead consultation and account support in developing and executing strategies and initiatives to meet clients’ marketing goals. Responsible for the strategic development and execution of holistic annual marketing communications plan to align with client strategies and objectives, including paid, owned and earned media.

Provide account leadership in planning and executing annual 360-degree marketing strategy inclusive of branding, digital marketing, channel/sales aids, literature/collateral, direct marketing, advertising, public relations/influencers, tradeshows and sponsorships.

Manage to client budget, ensure agency processes are consistently delivered and ensure optimal client growth and satisfaction achieved.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing advice and counsel to clients and client teams.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for major account(s).
  • Proactively develop and execute holistic, integrated, 360-degree marcom strategies for clients.
  • Drive client marketing communications strategies, including coordination and support across account and creative team services.
  • Oversee client research initiatives (as applicable) to ensure that the market is understood, objectives are realized, and learnings are fully leveraged.
  • Keep abreast of and evaluate new marketing technologies to support client objectives.
  • Maintain awareness of marketing insights for improving brand engagement and ROI.
  • Assess and identify best solutions whether traditional solutions or emerging innovations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with account and creative teams to align and integrate strategies.
  • Lead project management in developing solutions with internal/external subject matter experts, and external resources.
  • Ensure client tradeshows and new product launches/updates are expertly supported to effectively communicate to channel partners/operators.
  • Responsible for leading production of product marketing support projects including: digital and printed product catalogs/brochures, sales aids, training materials and channel support.
  • Lead client sponsorships and cross promotion opportunities which meet client objectives and brand standards.
  • Develop and direct product placement strategies to positively expose the brand across various consumer points of interaction.
  • Create quarterly and year end reporting/metrics to benchmark results to LY.
  • Monitor project development and performance to ensure they meet criteria and deadlines.
  • Plan, monitor and manage client marketing budget with timely, clear and accurate client communications/reports.
  • Support business process and accounting requirements for all the above.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with a solid understanding of B2B marketing agency. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, public relations, and marketing communications, ideally with lifestyle brands.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment, with proven relationship development, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven skill in strategic project planning and development.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously for different clients and channels.
  • Proactive self-starter with previous experience in fast paced environment executing on-deadline, on-quality and on-budget.
  • Computer proficiency and skilled user of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Travel up to 10%.

Digital Art Director

RP is seeking an experienced and imaginative digital art director to help bring brand stories to life through compelling, simple and powerful video, audio and web communications. The successful candidate will thrive on variety and have a history of performing in a collaborative and creative culture.


  • Three to five years of professional experience in producing and editing video, audio and other digital media
  • Ability to concept, develop, shoot, edit and produce multimedia content in collaboration with others and in keeping with brand frameworks, strategy/creative briefs and scripts
  • Ability to maximize existing assets and shoot new assets, as needed
  • Capability to manage work to timeline and budget, including any third-party resources to assist with the project
  • Strong work ethic, communication and self-management skills
  • Proficiency with editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Prior agency experience a plus

Account Executive

RP is looking for an experienced, results-oriented person with strong communication, project management and organizational skills to work as a member of our account team to facilitate, monitor and guide the strategic and tactical activities of designated accounts. The successful candidate will be a quick-study who enjoys balancing many projects at the same time; interacting with a strong and talented creative team; managing budgets; and is not intimidated by direct contact with clients or intense project management.
